Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute promotions, competitions, and on-site activations
- Plan and manage a commercially viable entertainment calendar
- Drive footfall and conversion strategies across gaming and hospitality offerings
- Manage loyalty and rewards programmes, including campaigns and partnerships
- Analyse campaign performance and integrate business intelligence insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned marketing execution
- Support PR, CSI, and social media initiatives
- Ensure all events and promotions meet brand and operational standards
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Marketing or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in a marketing management role
Experience within gaming, hospitality, or entertainment environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High level of creativity with strong attention to detail
Solid analytical and reporting capability
Advanced MS Office and presentation skills
Ability to work shifts and operate in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Eligibility to obtain a Gaming Board License
