About the Role
Join our team as a Direct Travel Designer at HotelJobs, a leading luxury travel company based in Cape Town with a remote hybrid work setup. We’re seeking an experienced and skilled professional to create bespoke travel itineraries for discerning clients. As a direct travel designer, you’ll have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, offering exceptional service from enquiry to post-travel follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and curate bespoke travel itineraries tailored to clients’ preferences and expectations
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodation, and luxury experiences
- Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury travel design or high-end tour operating
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with discerning clients

- Strong destination knowledge and ability to create unique, personalised travel experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury travel design or high-end tour operating (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
