About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join our team at Craven Cottage CC, where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and maximize complex relationships and buying patterns in our multichannel business
- Manage markets and assist in creation and implementation of agreed sales strategies and market plans
- Manage an effective and target-driven Sales Network
- Identify, prioritize, and maintain current knowledge of key players in respective markets
- Represent the brand at a senior level with key industry figures and clients
- Account for delivery on agreed revenue budgets
- Generate insights and actions from data to demonstrate commercial acumen
- Execute strategies involving Sales Management & Development, Sales/Brand Representation & Negotiating
- Manage Finance, General, Health and Safety responsibilities
Requirements
- An applicable Degree or diploma would be advantageous
- A minimum of 3 years proven Sales track record
- Sales and luxury tourism product experience preferred
- Exposure to world-class sales management / transformation and digital / e-commerce practices a distinct advantage
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
