Director – Technology & Innovation – Leading Hospitality Group, Bahrain Our client operates diverse hospitality products across the Gulf region and Africa including luxury Hotels and Resorts, mixed use Residential complexes, Convention Centres, Retail outlets, casual and fine dining Restaurants, and high end Spas. As they continue their impressive growth in all sectors, they are now looking for a dynamic Director of Technology & Innovation to join their Head Office team. This exciting position will lead the group’s technology strategies, digitisation agenda, and innovation roadmap transforming IT from a primarily operational support function into a scalable, business enabling capability that accelerates growth into new markets, strengthens cyber resilience, improves productivity and enhances guest /customer experience across the company’s portfolio. The position reports directly to the Group CEO and involves frequent travel across operating entities and new markets. Key requirements · 10 – 15 years of progressive technology experience preferably across multi site operations ( Hospitality / F&B / Catering exposure would be a big plus) · Demonstrated delivery of digitisation and transformation programmes with measurable business outcomes · Strong commercial and governance mindset · Working knowledge of cybersecurity and enterprise architecture – confident in engaging senior leadership and auditors. · Strong stakeholder leadership – able to translate technology into practical operational impact · Structured problem solver · Strong communication skills · Innovation mindset grounded in ROI · Strategic thinker with hands on execution discipline Package · Salary – US$90,000 net per annum, negotiable · Accommodation · Medical and life insurance · Annual performance based bonus · Annual flights home · The position is offered on single or married status however no schooling is included Please do not apply if you do not possess the specified skills and experience stated above.
