About the Role

Manhattan Group, a leading hospitality group operating across the Gulf region and Africa, is seeking a dynamic Director of Technology & Innovation to join their Head Office team. This exciting position will lead the group’s technology strategies, digitisation agenda, and innovation roadmap, transforming IT from an operational support function into a business-enabling capability that accelerates growth, strengthens cyber resilience, improves productivity, and enhances guest/customer experience across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the group’s technology strategies, digitisation agenda, and innovation roadmap
  • Transform IT from an operational support function into a scalable, business-enabling capability
  • Accelerate growth into new markets, strengthen cyber resilience, improve productivity, and enhance guest/customer experience
  • Engage senior leadership and auditors on cybersecurity and enterprise architecture matters
  • Translate technology into practical operational impact through strong stakeholder leadership

Requirements

  • 10 – 15 years of progressive technology experience
  • Demonstrated delivery of digitisation and transformation programmes with measurable business outcomes
  • Strong commercial and governance mindset
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity and enterprise architecture
