? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a luxury Safari Lodge in Zimbabwe to recruit an experienced, energetic and creative culinary professional to join their team and take on the role of ????????? ???? This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional who is not content with the conventional. The right candidate will bring not only technical mastery and creative ambition, but a deep curiosity about place an appreciation for Zimbabwe’s rich agricultural heritage, its indigenous ingredients, and the stories that can be told through food. The Executive Chef will have full creative and operational ownership of the culinary programme, overseeing all kitchen operations, rotating menu development, staff training, cost management, and direct guest engagement. Working closely with the Lodge Manager, they will ensure that every dining experience however intimate or grand reflects the lodge’s commitment to world-class luxury, authenticity, and excellence. Requirements Relevant Culinary degree or diploma from a reputable institution Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment. Ability to develop new concepts along with rotating menus. Highly detail orientated and creative Financial acumen in cost control, budgeting and achieving revenue targets Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a team. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of current food trends and the ability to adapt to changing culinary preferences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid track record with contactable references. A food portfolio must be submitted with your application that clearly displays your creativity, innovation and attention to detail.
