About the Role
Our client, a prestigious resort in the Pilanesberg area, is seeking to appoint an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to manage a large housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large housekeeping team
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness
- Implement and maintain a detailed cleaning management system
- Prepare and manage housekeeping schedules
- Oversee linen management within the hospitality environment
- Conduct industrial relations and handle disciplinary procedures
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational efficiency
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction through exceptional service
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience managing housekeeping teams in the hospitality sector
- Strong attention to detail and proven experience in detail cleaning management
- Experience in linen management within a hospitality environment
- Skilled in preparing and managing housekeeping schedules
- Experienced in industrial relations and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent people management, communication, and client relations skills
- Advanced computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong command of English (grammar, spelling, report writing, and business correspondence)
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years experience in housekeeping management
