Our client, a prestigious resort in the heart of the Pilanesberg, is looking for a dynamic Executive Housekeeping Manager to take charge of a large housekeeping team and ensure exceptional guest experiences through impeccable cleanliness and service.
Key Requirements:
10+ years proven experience managing housekeeping operations within the hospitality sector.
Strong focus on detail cleaning and quality control.
Solid background in linen management.
Skilled in preparing and managing staff schedules.
Experience with IR and disciplinary processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client relations skills.
Confident computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong command of English (report writing, business correspondence).
