✨ Fleet Manager – Luxury Lodge ✨ Namibia | DOE | Live-in Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to join a world-class luxury lodge in beautiful Namibia. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in keeping operations smooth, vehicles polished, and teams running like clockwork in a high-end hospitality environment. What you’ll be doing: Oversee maintenance of vehicles, plant equipment, and generators Keep service schedules on track and reduce downtime with efficient workshop management Ensure guest-facing vehicles are kept in pristine condition Manage budgets, stock, compliance, and digital records Lead and develop a workshop team, driving performance and growth Uphold health & safety, staff accommodation standards, and legal compliance at all times What you’ll need: A formal mechanical qualification and trade test Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mechanical workshop 3–5 years’ management experience in a similar role Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, plus strong admin skills Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) A proactive, detail-driven leader who can stay cool under pressure Who you are: A strong communicator with initiative and integrity, passionate about operations and hospitality.
