Food & Beverage Manager | Luxury Private Island | Caribbean ? Live-In | Salary: Competitive | Contract: Minimum 12 months Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Manager for a prestigious luxury private island in the Caribbean. This rare opportunity is ideal for a highly experienced hospitality professional passionate about leadership, service excellence, and creating unforgettable guest experiences in a world-class luxury environment Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in high-end resort or luxury F&B management At least 3 years people management or leadership experience Proven 5-star luxury hospitality background Extensive beverage knowledge (wines, cocktails, mocktails) WSET Level 3 or equivalent preferred Strong inventory, stock, and cost control management experience Advanced Microsoft Excel and computer skills Hands-on, operational management approach Valid drivers licence Professional, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, train, and develop the Food & Beverage team Drive exceptional guest interaction and relationship-building Ensure consistent delivery of world-class F&B service Create memorable, personalised guest experiences Implement and manage effective stock control and cost management systems Oversee inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships Manage beverage programmes including wines, cocktails, and mocktails Maintain strong collaboration with all departments Monitor financial performance and achieve monthly targets Stay up to date with industry trends to enhance service innovation Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and compliance Skills & Personal Attributes: Excellent organisational and planning abilities Strong leadership and team motivation skills Outstanding guest relations and communication skills High attention to detail Calm and professional under pressure Resourceful and solution-oriented Flexible and adaptable attitude Strong sense of ownership and responsibility Passion for hospitality and guest experience Energetic, positive, and highly self-motivated Package & Benefits: Minimum 12-month contract (subject to work permit approval) Competitive salary with performance bonus up to 20% of annual salary 22 days paid annual leave plus public holidays Participation in gratuities pool Live-in accommodation and food allowance provided Initial and return flights from country of residence Annual flight allowance Medical cover Opportunity to work in an exclusive, international luxury environment To apply for the Food & Beverage Manager position, please send your updated CV, reference letters, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
