Front of House Anchor | Luxury Safari Lodge | Greater Kruger
Salary: R13,000 + Provident Fund + Medical Aid (Live-in)
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Front of House Anchor for a luxury game reserve located in the Greater Kruger area. This role is ideal for a polished hospitality professional with strong guest relations skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service within a high-end safari environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the lodges front of house operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and hosting guests, ensuring a warm and professional arrival and departure experience

Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
-
Handling guest enquiries and requests promptly and professionally

Assisting with reservations, guest communication, and daily lodge administration

Coordinating with various lodge departments to ensure smooth operations
-
Maintaining high standards of presentation and guest service at all times

Supporting the management team in delivering a memorable luxury lodge experience
Requirements:

Minimum 35 years experience in a Front of House role within a luxury safari lodge

Grade 12 / Matric (a relevant hospitality qualification will be advantageous)

Valid drivers licence essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and administrative abilities

Professional appearance and a guest-focused approach

Ability to work well within a team in a remote lodge environment
