Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a General Manager for a luxury safari property in the Okavango Delta, Botswana.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious safari lodge where you will lead all operations, maintain exceptional standards, and ensure memorable guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager in a luxury safari lodge, hotel, or similar hospitality environment

• Proven experience in overseeing day-to-day operations of a luxury property

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Budgeting, financial management, and reporting experience

• Guest relations and service excellence management

• Knowledge of F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance operations

• Experience in staff recruitment, training, and development

• Strategic planning and operational implementation skills

• Ability to work in a remote environment and manage multiple departments efficiently

Package:

• Base pay: BP 50,000 BP 70,000

• Very nice accommodation (on-suite, kitchen, lounge, dining)

• No kids or pets allowed for the position

• Visa, medical insurance, and flights included

• Position can be filled by a couple; salary negotiable
