Group General Manager – 3 Restaurant Outlets | Stellenbosch, Cape Town & Sea Point Kendrick Recruitment is excited to be sourcing a Group General Manager for a well-established restaurant group with outlets in Stellenbosch, the V&A Waterfront, and Sea Point, with a 4th location opening in the Northern Suburbs early next year. This role offers a salary of R40,000 per month, excluding incentives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across all restaurant outlets, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional guest experiences. Manage and mentor outlet managers, chefs, and staff. Maintain strict hygiene and organisational standards. Plan menus, staffing, and stock requirements in advance. Ensure consistency across all locations, following a small, stable menu. Monitor stock control and manage budgets efficiently. Address operational challenges proactively and effectively. Candidate Requirements: Basic cooking skills. Proven managerial experience in a multi-outlet environment. Excellent administrative and organisational skills. High hygiene standards and attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Solid stock control experience. Must hold a manual driving licence. Guest-focused with a commitment to consistency and quality.
