About the Role
We are seeking a polished and proactive Guest Concierge to join our team at a premier Luxury Estate located on the border of the Kruger National Park. With a passion for high-end hospitality, you will be responsible for curating unforgettable bushveld experiences for our esteemed guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, personalized “at home” experience for all guests.
- Manage daily guest activities, bookings, and specialized requests.
- Oversee daily administration linked to reception and guest services.
- Maintain the highest level of service excellence to preserve the estate’s luxury aesthetic.
- Keep guest profiles updated to ensure seamless future stays.
Requirements
Previous experience in a 5-star lodge or luxury hotel environment.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong computer literacy (MS Office & Property Management Systems).
A proactive “can-do” attitude, resourceful and solutions-driven under pressure.
Sharp attention to detail and a passion for the finer points of hospitality.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required. Relevant experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R15,000 – R22,000 (Depending on Experience)
