About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Curator to join a luxury safari lodge in Tanzania. This is a unique opportunity for a highly detail-oriented and guest-focused hospitality professional who is passionate about creating seamless, personalised, and unforgettable safari experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate, manage, and oversee the full guest experience across all lodges and villas
  • Ensure every guest journey is seamless, intuitive, and highly personalised in line with luxury standards
  • Collaborate with all departments including management, guides, housekeeping, and culinary teams
  • Act as a central point of coordination for guest preferences before, during, and after stays
  • Ensure guest profiles and preferences are accurately recorded and consistently applied
  • Plan and coordinate bespoke guest activities tailored to individual preferences
  • Create memorable experiences for special occasions with a strong emotional and personal touch
  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure exceptional levels of satisfaction at all times
  • Support food, beverage, wine, and wellness experiences aligned with guest expectations
  • Collect and analyse guest feedback to continuously improve service delivery
  • Support leadership, training, and development of lodge staff
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance service culture

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in luxury hospitality, ideally within a five-star lodge or hotel environment
  • Strong background across multiple hospitality departments advantageous
  • Hospitality qualification preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and guest care focus
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a remote environment
  • Excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
  • Understanding of guest preferences, dietary requirements, and cultural sensitivity
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative capability
  • Valid drivers license required

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
