What this role is all about Leading a passionate kitchen team to deliver exceptional fine dining Creating seasonal, innovative and globally inspired menus Ensuring top tier food quality, taste and presentation Managing dietary needs, allergies and special guest requests Engaging with guests to personalise their culinary experience Maintaining strict hygiene, HACCP and safety standards Driving cost control, stock management and kitchen budgets Coaching, mentoring and developing future culinary stars ? What they are looking for Formal culinary qualification (Diploma or higher) Minimum 5 years as a Head Chef in a luxury lodge or fine dining environment Strong leadership with a calm, positive and inspiring presence Excellent time management and the ability to thrive under pressure Menu design, budgeting and stock control expertise Creativity, adaptability and a genuine love for guest experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS stock systems ?
