About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Home Loan Consultant to join our team in Bloemfontein, Freestate. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients secure their dream homes while driving career growth in finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build a strong referral network
  • Guide clients through the home loan application process
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain excellent client relationships

Requirements

  • 23 years of external sales experience (finance, insurance, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, confident, and proactive
  • Own a reliable vehicle & valid drivers license
  • Clear credit record (no debt review/adverse listings)

Qualifications

No formal education or certifications are required for this role.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: R15,000

Settling-In Allowance: R10,000 (Months 13), R6,000 (Month 4), R4,000 (Month 5), R3,000 (Month 6)

Commission: 0.3% on deals closed (minimum monthly target: R2.5 million)
