About the Role
Ikwezi Mining (Pty) Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Sales Representative to join our team in Upington. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting with order placement, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in placing orders on ERP – Accurately and timeously.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers in the event of any let-downs or problems to ensure good customer service.
- Maintain a professional and fair relationship with every customer.
- Assist and ensure correct load numbers are received by transport contractors for the collection of cement.
- Record any customer complaints and raise them with HOS.
- Assist with Emailing invoices and PODS to our clients after processing.
- Perform housekeeping duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a sales environment
- Manufacturing experience
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP (Advantage)
