Job Summary
Job description (Details of the position i.e. duties): – Onboarding of new clients to our software – Post-onboarding client follow ups/check-ins – Onboarding new POS clients – Implementing integrations, like financial interfaces – Consultative projects related to data changes – Keep up to date with new product features and services to advise clients – Maintaining and updating onboarding SOPs and documentation – Onboarding of new properties (existing clients) Experience, Qualifications and skills: – This person should have project management, key account management, client onboarding skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry is preferred Benefits: We provide medical aid, pension fund and profit share for candidates who qualify.
