Intimate Private Villa close to Stellenbosch (Kayamandi area) is looking for a Housekeeper. Candidate has to be based in Kayamandi or surrounds due to staff transport. Duties: Upkeep and cleaning of rooms and communal guest areas Perform turndown and general housekeeping services to facilitate a seamless stay for hotel guests Exceeding guests’ expectations, from arrival to departure in all areas of their stay Ensuring that all guests’ special requests, requirements are communicated clearly and are met by all departments Deliver exceptional service Thinking out of the box to make guests’ stay exceptional Adhere to and maintain Health and Safety standards Requirements: Grade 12 Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or similar Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques and methods Excellent time keeping Ability to follow SOP standards Attention to detail Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Impeccable grooming standards Personal and professional integrity Good communication skills in English High level of physical endurance
