About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at a remote safari lodge in Namibia. As a key member of our operations team, you will support the Executive Housekeeper in ensuring consistent service delivery and overseeing daily housekeeping operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff on shift
- Allocate daily duties and room assignments
- Conduct room inspections and corrective follow-ups
- Assist with training and onboarding
- Monitor linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance issues promptly
Requirements
- 23 years of housekeeping experience in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Eye for detail and guest-focused mindset
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications required.
Salary & Benefits
Accommodation and meals provided while on duty. Roster cycles discussed during interview stage. Weekend, public holiday, and peak-season work is required.
