About the Role

The Human Resources Assistant role at our client’s luxury boutique resort in Mauritius is a key position that supports the day-to-day functioning of the HR department within a hospitality operational environment. As an organised and service-oriented HR professional, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across recruitment, onboarding, HR recordkeeping, employee relations, payroll input, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment administration including job postings, application screening, and interview scheduling
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation
  • Facilitate structured and professional onboarding and induction processes

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous administrative experience essential
  • Hospitality industry exposure advantageous
  • English and French language proficiency essential

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: MUR 30,000 – MUR 35,000 gross per month (negotiable)
