Job Summary

We’re hiring an Intermediate Business Analyst! Are you passionate about solving business problems, understanding user needs, and helping teams deliver value? Join our dynamic team and help us bring clarity to complexity. What you’ll do: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business processes, products, and services. Support the development of strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact on assigned projects. Assist in analysing business requirements and contribute to the design of effective solutions. Work under guidance to elicit, document, and communicate business requirements (User Stories and Acceptance Criteria). Write clear and structured user stories and features to support agile development teams. Help maintain a prioritised backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner and delivery team. Participate in product analysis and contribute ideas for improvement and innovation. Your expertise: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum principles. Experience writing user stories and features aligned with agile best practices. 4 years’ experience in Business Analysis, preferably in a software development environment. Exposure to requirement elicitation techniques such as workshops or interviews. Basic understanding of system migration projects is a plus. Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts. Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools. Ability to read and interpret JSON and XML files. Exposure to BDD and TDD approaches is beneficial. Qualifications: Relevant qualification such as a diploma, degree (e.g., B.Com, BSc), or certification (IIBA or similar). Personal Attributes: Ability to work across multiple projects with support from senior team members. Strong communication skills – both verbal and written. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach. Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
