Job Description
We’re looking for an Intermediate Project Manager who understands how software actually gets built, can run Agile projects end-to-end, and isn’t intimidated by technical conversations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing mid-sized Agile software projects from initiation through delivery
- Owning Jira: sprint planning, backlogs, dependencies, reporting
- Coordinating developers, engineers, and stakeholders to keep delivery on track
- Managing integration-heavy projects (APIs, platforms, third-party systems)
- Keeping delivery tight on scope, timelines, and quality
- Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
What you must bring:
- Proven experience as a mid-level / intermediate Project Manager
- Solid track record delivering software projects (not infrastructure-only)
- Strong Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban, sprint cycles, ceremonies)
- Hands-on Jira management experience
- Integration experience is essential
- Technical background – you must be comfortable working with engineers and architects
- Experience in payments / financial systems is a major advantage
Nice to have (not essential):
- Exposure to AI / Machine Learning projects
- Experience working in fast-paced consulting or product environments
- Excellent Communication skills
