About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lodge Manager to join our boutique safari lodge in the Greater Kruger region. As the key leader of operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from start to finish, wearing many hats in this hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of lodge operations, including front of house, reservations, and bookkeeping
- Lead a team of housekeeping and FOH staff, providing strong leadership and guidance
- Develop and implement effective staff planning and scheduling strategies
- Maintain solid stock management abilities to ensure efficient inventory control
- Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and menu planning operations
Requirements
- Strong all-round lodge management experience
- Confident in guest relations and front of house
- Experience in reservations and bookkeeping
- Skilled in staff planning and leadership
- Solid stock management abilities
