? Lodge Manager Luxury Property Group ? Namibia ? Salary: N$ 25,000 N$ 30,000 DOE | Live-in Role Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager for a luxury property group based in Namibia. This senior role is responsible for overseeing all lodge operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a premium environment. ? Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in lodge management Passion for hospitality and environmental stewardship Ability to mentor, train, and motivate team members at all levels Strong organisational, logistical planning, and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Business-minded with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Competent in analysing and controlling costs, losses, and budgets Resilient under stress and able to work in a remote environment ? Qualifications: Grade 12 required; further qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management advantageous Additional languages other than English beneficial Valid drivers licence Knowledge of the Innkeeper system advantageous ? Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise staff across all lodge departments to ensure operational efficiency Oversee lodge operations and delegate tasks effectively to the management team Assist with administrative duties and prepare month-end reports Ensure lodge operates within budget and manage financial performance Operate POS systems for charges, corrections, and transactions Maintain high service standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction Organise and coordinate the team to perform efficiently and meet lodge standards ? Package & Benefits: Salary: N$ 25,000 N$ 30,000 DOE Medical aid: 50/50 company contribution including beneficiaries Pension: 14% company contribution, 2% employee contribution Death & disability cover: 3x annual salary / 75% monthly salary Funeral cover for member, spouse, and children 24 annual leave days, 36 sick leave days (3-year cycle), 5 compassionate leave days Staff accommodation on property with 3 meals per day while on duty Work cycle: 24 days on property & 7 days off (subject to Collection Manager approval) Only candidates meeting the listed requirements will be contacted within 7 working days.
