Luxury 5* lodge seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager meeting the highest standards in hospitality industry and with the following specific requirements:- Trade qualification Proven track record as Maintenance Manager in a 5* ultra-luxury hotel or safari lodge environment, with over 30 rooms Hands on manager, with experience in electrical, plumbing, fencing, solar, boreholes, kitchen equipment, aircons, fridges etc Must be a hands on manager who can lead a team Stable track record Own vehicle and drivers licence An UPDATED & detailed CV in MS Word format (starting with current position) is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months.
