About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Market Development/Sales Specialist with expertise in agricultural chemicals to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the agrochemical/crop protection industry and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement market development strategies to drive sales growth
  • Build relationships with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Conduct training programs for commercial audiences on crop nutrition and best practices
  • Analyze market trends and insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • A degree in Agriculture or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in the agrochemical/crop protection industry in technical, sales, or marketing roles
  • Solid knowledge of crop protection sector and farmer needs
  • Crop nutrition knowledge is a plus
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs for commercial audiences
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear actions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
