About the Role

The Marketing Manager position operates at a senior management level, providing structured commercial insight to directors during volatile or oversupplied market conditions. Key Responsibilities

  • Balance customer, supplier, and operational priorities through disciplined commercial judgement
  • Provide structured commercial insight to directors
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotions, and risk management plans
  • Manage large retailer, wholesale, or distribution accounts
  • Source and manage external suppliers
  • Coordinate with packhouses for demand planning and execution

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Agribusiness, Commerce, or Supply Chain
  • 710 years of experience in a senior B2B marketing or commercial role

  • Exposure to FMCG supply chains or fresh produce
  • Strong pricing, negotiation, and commercial decision-making ability
  • Experience sourcing and managing external suppliers

As we continue our journey toward luxury, we are seeking a dynamic, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the development, management, and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to support business growth and brand positioning. This role reports directly to the Brand Director and collaborates closely with the Sales and Commercial Team , as well as Hotel Operations , to ensure that the brand and marketing strategy is aligned, consistently implemented, and commercially effective across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketing professional with hospitality or lifestyle brand experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about brand storytelling, digital performance, and guest-centric marketing. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Strategy: Develop, implement, and report on the annual marketing strategy and budget Set measurable marketing objectives aligned with business and revenue goals Monitor marketing spend and ensure alignment with approved budgets Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and guest insights to refine strategies Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with business objectives Provide reports, insights, and performance analysis to support decision-making Conceptualise and implement creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement Digital Marketing & Online Presence: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive on content strategies and social media planning Oversee execution and ensure alignment with brand standards Manage external digital agencies covering website, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid campaigns Monitor online reputation management and assist with responses where required Track website traffic, direct bookings, paid campaigns, and digital performance metrics Content Creation & Brand Custodianship: Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints Develop and manage engaging, on-brand content across digital and print platforms Write marketing copy for campaigns, promotions, blogs, and advertising material Ensure website content is current, accurate, and optimised for brand and user experience Maintain and update digital in-hotel screens with relevant content Oversee the creation and design of all marketing collateral including brochures, menus, in-room items, trade communication, and branded materials Advertising, Trade & Partnerships: Plan and manage advertising activities across print, digital, and out-of-home platforms Negotiate and manage trade exchange partnerships Collabo
