Job Description
- Own and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned to UK–EMEA commercial goals
- Plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns
- Drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline contribution
- Partner closely with sales to align campaigns with revenue targets
- Manage performance marketing across paid search, paid social, and retargeting
- Oversee content creation including blogs, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency and market-relevant messaging for UK and EMEA audiences
- Own website performance, SEO, CRO, and user experience optimisation
- Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics including CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
Core Skills & Experience (Essential)
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B technology or SaaS
- Proven experience running campaigns targeting UK or European markets
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools
- Solid understanding of inbound marketing funnels and lead lifecycle management
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, dashboards, CRM reporting)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely with international stakeholders and time zones
Desirable Experience
- Broader international marketing exposure across UK, EMEA, or global markets
- Experience in technology consulting, software services, or enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or Salesforce
- Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM)
- Previous collaboration with UK-based clients or leadership teams
