• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across the store
• Ensure products are appropriately stocked, organized, and displayed to attract customers
• Monitor product availability and report low stock or replenishment needs
• Assist with product placement and promotional setups in line with brand guidelines
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to create in-store promotions and displays
• Keep track of sales trends and customer preferences to inform merchandising decisions
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Assist with seasonal displays and promotional campaigns
• Provide feedback on stock levels and product performance to the management team.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and creativity in product displays
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing merchandising needs and priorities
• Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control
• Ability to lift and move stock as required.
