• 8 -10 years’ experience in MICE, Incentive, or Group Travel Management.
• Strong knowledge of Southern Africa (East Africa experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Tourplan (preferred).
• Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs from concept to completion.
• A passion for delivering seamless, high-impact travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll take the lead in designing, coordinating, and delivering unforgettable meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and events across Southern and East Africa. You’ll work closely with  international agents and clients to create tailor-made experiences that go beyond expectations — combining meticulous logistics with imaginative concepts.
