About the Role
The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in driving business strategy development and ensuring operational efficiency within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in managing operations, stakeholder relations, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide input into the development of the business strategy
- Track operational performance and take corrective measures to ensure functional objectives are met
- Contribute to the preparation of the operations budget, oversee its administration, and provide regular financial performance updates
- Oversee and track adherence to legal requirements and governance standards within operational activities
- Manage stakeholder relations
- Manage contracts
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Financial Management, or Project Management
- Five years senior management operations experience in the healthcare/medical aid, or financial services industry
