About the Role
AtripleA recruitment & temps is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join their team in Tasmania. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from a financial and commercial perspective, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of civil construction projects, including road construction and bridges, as well as occasional dam projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate personal behaviors aligned with HB’s Values and provide a role model for desired behavior.
- Work as part of a team to ensure each project is managed from a financial and commercial perspective.
- Provide ongoing feedback, support, and motivation to all staff.
- Assess optimal workloads for individuals and manage staff resource requirements.
- Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with community and key stakeholders.
- Be aware of relevant Enterprise Agreement, Workplace Relations Management Plan, or equivalent documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong understanding of HB’s Values and commitment to a positive safety culture.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CMI, CHSC) an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
