About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Propagation Supervisor to join our team, responsible for overseeing the propagation and cultivation of plants in our nursery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in horticulture and a strong understanding of irrigation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective propagation plans
- Oversee daily operations of the nursery
- Maintain accurate records of plant growth and inventory
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless production
- Implement sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in horticulture
- Relevant horticulture qualification (e.g. BSc, Dip Hort)
- Valid drivers licence
- Strong computer literacy with good planning and organisational skills
