About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Propagation Supervisor to join our team, responsible for overseeing the propagation and cultivation of plants in our nursery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in horticulture and a strong understanding of irrigation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective propagation plans
  • Oversee daily operations of the nursery
  • Maintain accurate records of plant growth and inventory
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless production
  • Implement sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in horticulture
  • Relevant horticulture qualification (e.g. BSc, Dip Hort)
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Strong computer literacy with good planning and organisational skills
  • Solid knowledge of irrigation systems
