Job Description
- Excellent communication skills

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Relevant qualifications
- Proficiency in MS windows, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
Key responsibility
- Greet and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is neat and professional at all times
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and company conference arrangements
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry with attention to detail
- General reception and office admin tasks
- Sales admin, assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals and ensuring documents are accurate and error-free
- Assist with reviewing and compiling tender submission documents
- Support the preparation of sales reports and presentations
- Maintain and update the CRM system with customer details, sales leads and activities
