Job Description

Key requirement

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level of attention to details
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS windows, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams

Key responsibility

  • Greet and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is neat and professional at all times
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and company conference arrangements
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry with attention to detail
  • General reception and office admin tasks
  • Sales admin, assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals and ensuring documents are accurate and error-free
  • Assist with reviewing and compiling tender submission documents
  • Support the preparation of sales reports and presentations 
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with customer details, sales leads and activities
