️ Reservations / Admin | Luxury Lodge | Remote (Johannesburg or Pretoria Based) Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Reservations / Admin professional for a Luxury Lodge, working remotely. This role is ideally suited to a candidate based in Johannesburg or Pretoria who is organised, financially minded, and experienced in reservations within the hospitality industry. This is a work-from-home position requiring flexibility and responsiveness, particularly when new bookings are received. Key Responsibilities Manage all reservations, enquiries, and booking administration Process new bookings accurately and timeously ️ Maintain reservation systems and ensure all guest information is up to date Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic financial administration ️ Support general administrative functions related to lodge operations Communicate professionally with guests and relevant stakeholders ✅ Minimum Requirements Previous reservations experience within a lodge or hospitality environment Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles Strong administrative and organisational skills ⚡ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be based in Johannesburg or Pretoria Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup Package Salary: Negotiable DOE Remote, work-from-home role ✨ This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented hospitality professional to contribute to the smooth operations of a luxury lodge while enjoying the flexibility of remote work .
