About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at a popular and busy stand alone restaurant offering all day dining and dinner. The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality skills, a stable track record in managing high-volume restaurants, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including FOH, BOH, and financial management
- Ensure successful and profitable management of the outlet
- Lead a team of staff to achieve business objectives
- Implement effective systems and processes to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Hospitality Tertiary qualification
- 4 years restaurant management experience in well-known fast-paced brand restaurants (la carte full service restaurants, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner or all day service)
- Experience from busy and high-volume a la carte restaurants or steakhouse franchise operations (not fast food or QSR or wine estates)
