About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our upmarket restaurant in Fourways. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing the complete restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash up reconciliation and stock management processes
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Lead a team of staff, providing training and support as needed
- Develop and implement effective customer relations strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- 8+ years of restaurant management experience
- 5+ years of senior management or General Manager experience
- Strong operations management skills
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively
