Overview

My Client a new Safari Lodge opening in Namibia is urgently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience aligned to luxury lodge service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and service flow
  • Lead, train, and schedule front-of-house staff
  • Ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Manage reservations, seating plans, and special requests
  • Control costs, stock, and service standards
  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery

Requirements

  • 35 years restaurant management experience (luxury hospitality preferred)
  • Strong leadership and guest engagement skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
