Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute high-impact sales campaigns targeting key decision-makers.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Create, manage, and optimize sales pipelines using tools like GoHighLevel, ensuring seamless progress through all stages.
- Client Engagement: Leverage your existing network and build new relationships to secure business opportunities.
- CRM Mastery: Update and maintain the CRM with precision, ensuring accurate data and reporting.
- Strategic Campaign Setup: Design and manage automated trigger actions and campaigns for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
- Market Penetration: Identify and penetrate untapped markets, driving revenue growth with a laser focus on results.
- Reporting: Provide clear, actionable reports and insights on sales activities, forecasts, and outcomes.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 3+ years of proven sales success, with a preference for candidates familiar with selling services to U.S.-based clients.
- Network: A strong Rolodex of decision-makers and an ability to leverage relationships for immediate impact.
- Tools Expertise: Proficient in using GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms for campaign management and automation.
- Self-Starter: Unrelenting drive and a hunger for success. You take initiative and deliver results without requiring constant supervision.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to persuade and close deals effectively.
Disqualifiers:
- If you lack experience selling to U.S.-based clients, this role is not for you.
- If you require significant onboarding or hand holding to learn CRM systems or sales processes, please do not apply.
- If you are not comfortable working in a high-pressure, commission-driven environment, this is not the right fit.
