About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Camp Manager to oversee daily operations at our luxury hospitality environment, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Housekeeping operations and be adept at leading teams, managing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff
- Schedule shifts and allocate daily tasks
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality standards
- Maintain inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth lodge operations
- Prepare reports and manage housekeeping budgets
Requirements
- Strong background in Housekeeping operations
- Ability to fulfill Camp Manager responsibilities alongside Housekeeping leadership
- Proficiency in hospitality systems, specifically ResRequest and TallOrder
- Solid understanding of Front of House (FOH) procedures and guest service standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and service excellence
- Flexibility to adapt across multiple operational areas within a luxury hospitality environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
