About the Role
Masterparts is seeking a skilled Salesperson to join our team, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our automotive aftermarket products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on automotive aftermarket products to customers
- Utilize technical or mechanical knowledge to address customer queries
- Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service skills and approach
- Resolve conflicts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Consistently meet sales targets and contribute to team growth
- Maintain high levels of telephone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions
Requirements
- Good automotive aftermarket product knowledge
- Technical or Mechanical Automotive knowledge is beneficial
- Great customer service skills and approach
- Good conflict resolution ability
- Competent in Sales
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Proficient in using modern computerised systems
