Job Description
- Lead and manage client relationships across pension, insurance, and institutional mandates

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development and proposal preparation

Work closely with research, systems, and reporting teams to enhance client deliverables

Support integration of proprietary systems and automation tools into consulting workflows

Coordinate manager transitions, rebalancing, cash flows, and compliance monitoring

Present performance, market insights, and recommendations to boards and committees

Conduct ALM studies, strategic asset allocation, and manager research across asset classes
Develop tailored investment strategies aligned with client objectives and guidelines.
- Honours in Actuarial Science, Investment Management, Finance, Economics, or related field (CFA/CAIA advantage)
- 5–10 years in investment consulting or institutional asset management
- Experience in strategic asset allocation, manager selection, portfolio evaluation, and client advisory
- Exposure to ALM modelling, reporting systems, actuarial frameworks, or LDI advantageous
Skills –
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint; R, Python, or Power BI advantageous
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and regulatory knowledge (Reg 28, SAM, ESG integration)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong clientfacing skills
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams with a proactive mindset
