About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team at a 5* lodge with 23 rooms on a large reserve. The ideal candidate will oversee the Reception Desk, manage a team of 2 receptionists, and provide exceptional guest relations. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
- Matric Hospitality qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a 5* game lodge in front office
- Excellent communication skills, fluent English
- Ability to excel at Guest relations
- Apex experience an advantage
- Drivers licence and own vehicle preferred (not essential)
