About the Role
A well-established organisation is seeking a highly experienced Avaya Telephony Engineer to join their dynamic technology team. This opportunity is ideal for a specialist with strong technical expertise in Avaya enterprise telephony environments, who will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimising a large-scale voice infrastructure within a high-availability setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and maintaining a large-scale voice infrastructure within a high-availability setting
- Ensuring the stability, performance, and seamless integration of the organisation’s telephony systems
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience administering and supporting Avaya enterprise voice platforms
- Proven experience with:
- Avaya Aura Communication Manager
- Avaya Session Manager
- Avaya System Manager
- Avaya Messaging
- Avaya Media Gateways (G450 / G430)
- SIP technologies
- Experience with Oracle Session Border Controllers
- Experience with Verint Call Recording
- VMware and SQL experience advantageous
