Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 1-10 years of experience in a site engineering or project engineering role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and engineering principles.
• Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of site-based engineering activities, ensuring projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve any issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Monitor and track the progress of construction activities, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports, technical documentation, and project specifications to support project planning and execution.
