The Sous Chef controls a very important aspect of the kitchen in ensuring all meals are prepared to standard, on time and to the exact plating requirements. REQUIREMENTS : Ideally 4 – 5 years previous Sous Chef experience in high-volume / busy kitchens Able to effectively coordinate / liaise between front of house / kitchen personnel Able to motivate and train others to work as a team.
