The ideal candidate will hold a recognized Beauty Therapy qualification (ITEC, SAAHSP, or CIDESCO), with a minimum of two years experience in a similar role. They should be highly skilled in a variety of treatments. A strong sense of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences are key to success in this role. Requirements Relevant Tertiary Education obtained from a reputable Beauty Therapy Academy e.g. ITEC, SAAHSP or CIDESCO At least 2 years in a similar role Skilled in various treatments such as Reflexology, Massages, Body Treatments, Facials and Gel Nails. Good communication & organizational skills and the ability to management appointments and work the reception desk in the spa. Passionate in creating a memorable experience for individual guests and exceeding service delivery standards. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English.
