Monitor and assess progress, providing feedback and encouragement. Qualifications: Certified Swimming Coach with relevant qualifications. Previous experience in coaching at a fitness complex or similar environment. Excellent communication and motivational skills. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and best practices.
