Requirements:
Matric (Gr.12) National Diploma in Food Technology or Food Science or Dairy Specific Diploma Full competence in this role is typically developed over a period of 6-12 months with relevant induction and in-house training. Knowledge: Knowledge of HACCP, GMP Basic Food Technology Practices Specific product specification and process specification and knowledge, Aseptic sampling methods Food Safety and Quality, CSB and Octobyte Skills: QC skills and use of testing apparatus Recording information: recording and maintaining records in written and electronic form Problem solving & Communication skills. Ability to collect samples and test and interpret results.
