About the Role

A Technician (Refrigeration) position has become available at a large equipment manufacturing company in Durban, South Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing or replacing broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment in the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repairing or replacing broken components of machinery/equipment
  • Disassembling machinery/equipment
  • Cleaning, lubricating, or adjusting parts
  • Providing comprehensive reports on diagnosis and actions/recommendations

Requirements

  • Grade 12 Electrical Trade Test OR Electrical Engineering Qualification
  • Refrigeration Experience (essential)
  • 3 Years Technical Experience (Workshop and Repairs)
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Experience with:
  • Repairing, testing & quoting on products received
